7 Years Strong: The Ballroom & Lions

The Ballroom returns as the proud partner of the Wellington Lions’ number 8 jersey for the 2026 season.

The Ballroom has been a passionate supporter of the Lions and Wellington Rugby, building a strong partnership over the past seven years.

With 31 pool tables, The Ballroom is New Zealand’s largest pool venue located right in the heart of Courtney Place. For entry level players, pool sharks, or city-goers hanging out to watch live sport or shoot a few darts, it’s the perfect place to catch Wellington’s entertainment scene.
