Know Before You Go

GATES OPEN: 11:00am | KICK OFF: Wellington Lions x Waikato - 2:05pm

We’ve brought back one of our favourite themes — Bark in the Park.

Wellington Rugby and our partner CareVets are inviting Lions fans to bring their dogs along to the rugby for a unique day out at Hnry Stadium.

Leave your cows at home and bring your four-legged mate along for a great day out as we celebrate all things dogs, rugby and community at Bark in the Park.

CareVets staff will be on site to support the event, monitor animal welfare and behaviour, and help ensure an enjoyable experience for dogs and their owners.

Please Note:

  • All dog owners are required to sign and submit a waiver prior to entry.
  • To help keep our four-legged fans happy and comfortable, dogs can enter Hnry Stadium from 1:00pm. For their wellbeing, dogs will only be able to attend the Lions match.

Purchase your ticket, send us a photo of your dog for our Starting XV, and receive a special gift for your four-legged fan from CareVets!
