Biography
Tjay is a graduate of the St Pats Silverstream College Rugby system. Originating from the Chatham Islands, he moved to Australia then to NZ for secondary school. A player of great promise with speed and flair, he made his debut alongside 12 other Lions’ debutantes in a Ranfurly Shield challenge in 2023. His potential & consistent performances for his Petone club and the Lions earned him a place with the Hurricanes squad in 2025.
