Vodafone Wellington Lions Team Manager

Wellington Rugby is currently seeking applications for the position of Vodafone Wellington Lions Team Manager. The successful candidate will utilise strong leadership, strategic and planning skills to manage the operational and logistical requirements of the Vodafone Wellington Lions team competing in the Air New Zealand Cup. Applicants must be able to demonstrate high levels of integrity and competitive drive and the ability to be able to create a winning and thoroughly professional environment, based on strong team `value`s. In addition, proven experience and success at a management level as well as knowledge, understanding and a passion for the game are essential. Candidates should also demonstrate sound business judgment, exceptional decision-making capability and highly-developed relationship management skills.  Previous experience within a professional rugby environment would be advantageous.
