Vodafone Wellington Lions Assistant Coach

Wellington Rugby currently seeking applications for the position of Vodafone Wellington Lions Assistant Coach. Reporting to the Head Coach, the successful candidate will assist in the coaching of the team, with a particular emphasis on back play, to a standard of excellence that enhances the reputation of the Vodafone Wellington Lions and New Zealand Rugby. The successful candidate will have outstanding leadership, communication and people management skills, effective talent identification and development systems, and the ability to build strong relationships based on mutual respect and trust with all key stakeholders. A strong appreciation of the importance of technical and tactical components, thorough analysis, planning and organisation is imperative, as is the need to articulate and deliver a vision and game plan to the team.
