Academy Strength and Conditioning Coach

The New Zealand Post Wellington Rugby Academy is seeking applications for a Strength and Conditioning Coach who can lead the physical conditioning of Academy and Pre-Academy players to ensure the on-going growth and success of the Vodafone Wellington Lions Air New Zealand Cup team. This is a pivotal role which requires extensive physical conditioning knowledge as well as top quality people management skills. It would be ideally suited to a candidate who has worked with elite athletes and obtained appropriate tertiary qualifications. The appointee will have outstanding leadership, communication and people management skills, effective physical conditioning development systems, and the ability to build strong relationships based on mutual respect and trust with all key stakeholders.
